Bishop Thomas Weeks plead guilty today to a single count of aggravated assault against his estranged wife, Juanita Bynum (Sidebar: Professor Tracey told me that I cannot refer to her as Dr. Bynum, and Ms. Bynum has stopped using the title of Prophetess).
Bishop Weeks was sentenced to three-year probation and must undergo anger management counseling. He cannot have any violent contact with Ms. Bynum. He also has to complete 200 hours of (non-church related)community service. If Bishop Weeks successfully completes the conditions of his probation, the aggravated assault conviction will be expunged from his record.

well at least he acknowledged that he did something I was beginning to think he was a sociopath who did not get that he had done something wrong.
Why did she drop Prophetess
She dropped the Prophetess title to have a more secular appeal.
lol-new conference workshop...that is funny!lolo
"but wait-if you sign up Now--You can get a discount on ms bynums section of this workshop also!"
lol...guurrll they are going to pumping this for all it's worth!
sad...
ohhh, to appeal to secular people...uh-huh...'i see says the blind woman!'
and no, she is not a 'real" Dr. as in Ph.D.
hahahah ok, see brought to mind a memory of a woman that got one of 'those' phd's and applied to a college and got the teaching position-as a temp so to speak...but ended up telling a student that the Bible has 60 books in it???
hahahaaa along with some other things she said as truth --and yes, it was a religious class at a Real black college!
hahah i still laugh about it...it was too funny to me..
and No, she is no longer working at that college--after the students started complaining--they went to look at her CV once more and her education...the school she got her phd from was closed down! web site gone, no returned phone calls--then the phone was not working anymore!
i know i should not laugh --but it is what it is...and she ain't!
Maybe both of these clowns can now give their minstrel show a break and they can sit down some where and get healed, and restored...
Sorry for being late, I was out for the count this week. I'm glad that he pleaded guilty. I do wish that he would have been made to serve at least a day in jail. I guess you can't look a gift horse in the mouth, so I'll take it.
