Watch your thoughts, for they become words. Watch your words, for they become actions.Watch your actions, for they become habits.Watch your habits, for they become character.Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.”
Eagles are not meant to fly with pigeons and chickens because their flying altitude is too low. Today, I take my rightful place as an Eagle and am leaving the pigeons and chickens behind. I apologize to God and myself for acting like a pigeon and chicken when I was born to be an Eagle. Selah.

PRAYERS AND CONDOLENCES FOR THE REV. TIMOTHY WRIGHT

Acclaimed Gospel Singer the Rev. Timothy Wright was critically injured in a wrong-way collision on I-80 in Greene Township, Pennsylvania on this past Friday.

The accident claimed the lives of Rev. Wright’s wife of 37 years, Betty Wright and their 14 year old grandson, D.J. Wright.

Rev. Wright, 61, remains in critical condition at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.

Rev. Wright and his wife were the co-pastors of Grace Tabernacle Christian Center Church of God in Christ located in Brooklyn, NY.

Rev. Wright and Betty are the proud parents of 5 sons.

Sidebar: My favorite Rev. Wright song is "Trouble Don't Last Always." That song helped me get through the bar exam.

My heart and prayers go out to the Wright family and the members of Grace Tabernacle Christian Center COGIC during their time of grief.

Yes, this one was so unexpected. I did not learn about the accident until my Mother mentioned it to me last night.

What is a trip is: I just heard his song "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus" on the radio yesterday morning on my way to church, then I saw the news of the accident on CNN. So sad. God bless him-he lost his wife and grandson!
