Stevie Wonder Performs "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" at DNC
This was my favorite part of the DNC coverage. Good music is a universal language. I loved watching people from all walks of life dancing to Stevie Wonder's SIGNED, SEALED, DELIVERED I'M YOURS.
Here are the Lyrics to the song:
Like a fool I went and stayed too long
Now I'm wondering if your love's still strong
Oo baby, here I am, signed, sealed delivered, I'm yours
Then that time I went and said goodbye
Now I'm back and not ashamed to cry
Oo baby, here I am, signed, sealed delivered, I'm yours
Here I am baby
Oh, you've got the future in your hand
(signed, sealed delivered, I'm yours)
Here I am baby,
oh, you've got the future in your hand
(signed, sealed, delivered, I'm yours)
I've done alot of foolish things
that I really didn't mean
Hey, hey, yea, yea, didn't I, oh baby
Seen alot of things in this old world
When I touched them they did nothing, girl
Oo baby, here I am, signed, sealed delivered, I'm yours, oh I'm yours
Oo-wee babe you set my soul on fire
That's why I know you are my only desire
Oo baby, here I am, signed, sealed delivered, I'm yours
Here I am baby
Oh, you've got the future in your hand
(signed, sealed delivered, I'm yours)
Here I am baby,
oh, you've got the future in your hand
(signed, sealed, delivered, I'm yours)
I've done alot of foolish things
that I really didn't mean
I could be a broken man but here I am
With your future, got your future babe (here I am baby)
Here I am baby (signed, sealed delivered, I'm yours)
Here I am baby, (here I am baby)
Here I am baby (signed, sealed delivered, I'm yours)
Here I am baby, (here I am baby)
Here I am baby (signed, sealed delivered, I'm yours)

Great song. I still have his Songs in the Key of Life CD in my car.
One thing I have to say for those Liberals, they sure have the best entertainers (singers, actors, etc) on board with them.
That local polka band that'll be playing in Minneapolis won't hold a candle to the musicians that played at the DNC!
Thanks for posting this video, Attorneymom. This is one of my favorite Stevie Wonder songs. Love the way he sings the lyrics with such conviction.
I love Stevie...i also enjoyed John Legend and Will.i.am
i love stevie wonder- truly an anointed man of God-so glad to see the examples that he has set forth through his gifts and talents that have been given to Him--use what you have been given to serve God.
that was great the way he broke out with the song...
