I never liked Mary Mary's song entitled, GOD IN ME. The song is whack and does not support Scripture, but it is considered a "Gospel Song". Blank stare. We can't define blessed as being rich or wealthy only. If you have to compromise/transgress Holy Scripture, your good moral values and "religion" to gain wealth, then you are not blessed. You are just rich and deceived.
Matthew 19:24 (Jesus said), And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
Like Ringo4Life stated, music is the weapon of choice for Lucifer now Satan. It is the one thing that allows words to possess human souls. The beat allows the message (words) to be written on the hearts and minds of ignorant souls who are gullible and not discerning.
Isaiah 14:12: How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

I feel the same way you do about that song "God In Me". It sounds like "Blame It"; I found out that T-Pain had a part in producing it!! SMH
I know why they did it: trying to make gospel/Christian music more "mainstream". There's only one Bible, one Jesus, one God. Those that need the Bible, scripture, and gospel music "mainstreamed" to fit their desires, don't really want to know God and have Him in their lives, plain and simple.
Apparently I possess a damned soul cause I absolutely love the gospel group Mary Mary. I think these two sisters are positive and serve as good role models for women, period. Are they without Sin? Of course not.

I thought I was the only person who heard that it sounded like "Blame it".... I don't like main stream gospel i like the old school with Mahalia Jackson singing "our father" and Shirley Ceaser and stuff but today's generation are only worried about money and being a crossover artist and less about inspiring. I really don't listen to many gospel artist of this generation(Mary Mary included)I prefer my old school gospel music.

@Randi, Mary Mary are so carnal. It is definitely not about Jesus. I do like their songs Shakles, Heaven and Yesterday.
I love Old School Gospel that make you want to live right.
